Place in a New Position/Permanent Position - i.e. Assistant Professor in the Tenure Stream

  1. Submit in Talent Center - disposition candidate and create offer for new hire
  2. Attachments to be Included (all in one PDF):
  • Fully Signed Offer Letter
  • Chair's Letter
  • Certificate of English Language Fluency  PDF
  • Current CV
  • 3-4 letters of External Reference Letters (Assistant Professor tenure stream appointments only)

Note: Appointments at the rank of Associate Professor and Professor, review/approval is required by School Of Medicine committee, see UCR Visiting Position Checklist.
